Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract II

Jacobs supports USSOCOM with approximately 1,400 employees across the globe. From the garrison level to forward-deployed tactical operators worldwide, we address the full lifecycle of IT requirements, including Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), network operations centers, data centers, distributed computing, SharePoint administration, global terrestrial and satellite connectivity, cybersecurity, and infrastructure lifecycle support.

The Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) is the NetOps nerve center of the SIE that prioritizes actions while proactively identifying and resolving network and security events before they become outages. Support includes key elements of the SIE, such as network operations centers, data centers, enterprise services, and global terrestrial and satellite connectivity. Services are used by USSOCOM HQ, Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and deployed forces, with corresponding increases in the number of supported locations and the current scale of support.
