Message From the PM

I am very excited to lead our Jacobs Lone Wolf Team in delivering the next generation of Lone Wolf mission critical services. As a recent US Marine Corps veteran, I bring over 24 years of experience delivering information technology and cyber capabilities to our nations’ war fighters around the globe. I’ve led teams in both domestic and disparate geographic locations supporting thousands of users, and I thoroughly enjoy engaging and building teams to answer today’s complex IT challenges. I recently served as the Director for Communications Integration for the White House Military Office where I first became familiar with Jacobs and the Lone Wolf program. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of this exciting, mission critical team, and I am energized to build a dynamic Lone Wolf team that is Mission Focused, Customer Oriented, Process Guided, and Solutions Driven.

Randy Turner,
Lone Wolf Program Manager

Mission Focused

We provide reliable, uninterrupted, secure and resilient, and high-quality VVD services in support of senior leader end-users within the continuity community. Starting with our commitment to executive-level leadership, we promote a high standard of professionalism throughout our team to manage risk, improve operations and maintenance (O&M), ensure exceptional IT service quality and availability, and prepare for future challenges and opportunities..

Customer-Oriented

We are committed to excellence in IT Service Management, providing a positive end-user experience in every interaction, as well as frequent, frank, and transparent communication with the Government customer. This includes immediately informing the Government of events that impact performance, schedule, or cost; bad news does not get better with age. Additionally, our support involves resolving the day-to-day challenges in order to afford the Government with additional opportunities to engage in strategic planning and foster innovation.

Process Guided

We rigorously apply industry best practices across ITSM libraries to support effective configuration management, change management, SCRM, lifecycle management, and security and resiliency, while maintaining meticulous records and documentation of our processes and procedures. In short, we achieve excellence in the basics. It takes the right people to execute technical work effectively and efficiently, and through our strict adherence to process we create the type of work environment in which dedicated professionals thrive and remain loyal to the mission and the team.

Solutions Driven

We deliver continuous innovation and improvement and foster a collaborative relationship to develop strategies and policies in support of the Government’s near, mid, and long-term objectives. Through a culture of accountability, innovation, and constant improvement—coupled with commensurate award and recognition programs—Jacobs attracts and retains the kind of staff that are inspired by the forward-looking strategic thinking necessary to optimize and innovate DISA’s continuity communication solutions. We create technical solutions and turn them into operational capabilities that affect transformative change.
